About Ardelle

Home care should still feel like home.

Most families do not wake up one morning and decide they need home care. It usually happens little by little. A parent starts needing more help getting ready. A spouse begins taking on more than they can comfortably manage. Someone who has always been independent starts struggling with parts of the day that used to feel easy.

Ardelle Health exists for those moments.

We provide non-medical support that helps people keep living their lives at home, with the right amount of help around them.

Why We're Here

Sometimes families are already providing care before they even call it care.

It might start with groceries. Then rides to appointments. Then helping with meals, getting dressed, or making sure someone is not alone for too long.

At first, it can feel manageable. Then the responsibility grows.

Ardelle Health is here to step in before everything falls on one person. Our role is not to take over someone's life. It is to make the parts that have become harder feel manageable again.

How We Think About Care

Start with the person, not the checklist.

Two people can need the same kind of help and still want completely different days. That matters.

Listen Before We Plan

We start by understanding what is actually happening at home, what feels difficult, what is still working well, and what the client wants help with.

Respect the Way Someone Lives

People have routines, preferences, habits, favorite meals, favorite chairs, pets, family traditions, and ways of doing things that matter to them. Care should work around that, not erase it.

Keep Families in the Loop

Families should not feel like they are guessing about what is going on. Clear communication matters, especially when care needs begin to change.

Adjust When Life Changes

What works today may not be what someone needs six months from now. Care should be flexible enough to change with the person.

Caregiver helping at home

Help with the parts of the day that have become harder.

That might mean help getting dressed in the morning. Someone to prepare lunch and stay for a few hours. A caregiver so a spouse can finally run errands without worrying. Support after coming home from rehab. Or simply having someone dependable there during the day.

Ardelle provides non-medical in-home support for personal care, companionship, daily routines, household support, respite, memory-related needs, post-hospital support, and extended care.

We want care to feel normal, not clinical.

The home stays the center of the day

Care happens around the client's real life, not the other way around.

You do not need the perfect words before calling

Families can tell us what is happening. We can help them understand which type of non-medical support may fit.

Support can start small

Not every situation requires around-the-clock care. Sometimes a few hours at the right time can make a meaningful difference.

We keep expectations clear

Families should understand what Ardelle can provide, what it cannot provide, and what to expect from the care relationship.

Sometimes the call sounds like this:

"My mom is still doing pretty well on her own, but she is skipping meals, and getting in and out of the shower is making me nervous. I work during the day and cannot keep checking on her."

That family may not need a facility. They may just need the right help at the right times.

That is the kind of conversation Ardelle is built for.

Licensed to provide home care in Pennsylvania.

Ardelle Health, LLC is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to operate as a Home Care Agency.

Our services are non-medical and focused on helping clients with daily living, personal care, companionship, respite, and other approved home care needs.

You do not have to wait until everything becomes overwhelming.

Some families call when they are already exhausted. Others call when they simply know things are starting to change. Both are okay.

You do not need to know the exact service name. You do not need to have a care schedule figured out. You can start by telling us what is happening at home.

Family at home

Care is personal for the caregiver too.

The people who work in someone's home become part of their everyday routine. That is why reliability, respect, patience, and communication matter so much.

Ardelle is building a team of caregivers who understand that sometimes the smallest things are the things a family remembers most.

Tell us what is becoming difficult.

Maybe mornings are getting harder. Maybe someone should not be alone as much as they are. Maybe the family is simply stretched too thin. Whatever is happening, that is enough to start the conversation.
